After talking with my contact at RV Snap Pad and researching this foot pad you have. They do not make a snap on pad that fits this type of application.
The lips on your foot are to tall and they do not have anything that can fit on them.
You will need to go with a stabilizer pad like the Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads for RVs and Trailers - 14" Long x 12" Wide - Rubber - Qty 2 # SC57VR. view full answer...
Yes, you could use the Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads for RVs and Trailers - 14" Long x 12" Wide - Rubber - Qty 2 # SC57VR along with Andersen's Jack Block or with the Stromberg Carlson Base Pad Extreme for RVs and Trailers - 6,000lbs - Qty 4 # SC53VR.
The # SC57VR has 14" x 12" dimensions so you would want to place these on the ground and then the Andersen or Stromberg Jack Blocks on top to have your Lippert 9" jack feet to sit on.
